General Terms and Conditions


§ 1 Scope of application

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the online store PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG by a contractual partner (CUSTOMER).

The business transaction and delivery shall be carried out exclusively in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order.

The following terms and conditions apply to consumers (according to § 1 (1) KSchG) as well as to entrepreneurs (§ 1 UGB). Should there be an ineffective provision for one or both customer groups, reference is made to the dispositive law. Furthermore, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.


§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The order is placed by clicking on the button “Order with obligation to pay” and represents a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of this order confirmation.


§ 3 Prices and shipping

The prices stated in the online store are gross prices in euros. Shipping costs are added and are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs are shown to the customer before the contract is concluded.

For deliveries outside Germany/Austria, additional customs duties and/or taxes may be incurred; these are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.


§ 4 Transfer of risk

If the transportation option proposed by PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG is used, the risk shall pass to a consumer upon acceptance of the order by the consumer or a person close to the customer or an expressly named third party.

If the customer chooses a transport option other than that proposed by PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG, the risk shall pass to the consumer from the time of handover to the carrier.

If the goods are not received, a voucher may be issued in consultation with PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG.


§5 Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons.

The withdrawal must contain at least the name and address of the customer, date of receipt, order number and declaration of withdrawal, and can be submitted by e-mail (pauliisbetcherian@gmail.com).

The deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer declares his withdrawal on the last day of the deadline and sends the goods. Delivery costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.

PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG is obliged to refund the purchase price to the customer within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods. This must be done in the same method of payment as the purchase of the goods.

The goods must not show any signs of wear (e.g. make-up stains) or be damaged.


§ 6 Warranty

We endeavor to deliver the best quality, however, should there be a defect, the customer is of course entitled to the statutory warranty remedies (primary: improvement, replacement; secondary: price reduction, conversion).

Optionally, the customer can receive a voucher in consultation with PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG, if expressly requested.

A defect is any objective, negative deviation from the condition of the goods as stated by PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG. Dissatisfaction with taste and slight color deviations (due to display brightness, light etc.) do not constitute a defect.

In the event of loss of value of the goods, this difference shall be borne by the customer if it is the customer's fault.


§ 7 Prohibition of unauthorized use

Legally protected components of this website, e.g. images, texts, the labeling of PI9 SPORT UND FREIZEIT BEKLEIDUNG etc. covered by copyright law may not be used without our prior consent.
